What you are really signing up for...
I’m Jenn ~ The Chaos Destroyer.
I’m a home and lifestyle management strategist with a background in HR, lived experience as a neurodivergent woman, and over two decades spent understanding how people actually function under pressure.
I don’t believe chaos is a personality trait, a moral failure, or “just how life is.” I believe it’s a systems problem ~ and systems can be rebuilt.
At The Chaos Destroyer, I work with overwhelmed, neurodivergent women who are carrying too much, thinking too much, and constantly feeling behind no matter how hard they try. Women who are capable, intelligent, and exhausted by advice that doesn’t stick.
This is where my work is different.
I am not a traditional coach who asks probing questions and waits for you to arrive at the solution on your own. You already have enough questions in your head.
I listen to the problem ~ then I bring the strategy.
I assess what’s actually happening in your life, your home, your routines, and your mental load, and I build practical, realistic systems that work with your brain, not against it. No perfection. No rigid routines. No unrealistic expectations.
My neurodivergent brain allows me to see patterns others miss. My HR background allows me to think in structure, process, and sustainable change. Together, that means you get clear direction, not more noise.
I bring strategy, structure, and calm into the places where life feels messy ~ helping you replace overwhelm with clarity, decision fatigue with flow, and chaos with systems that finally make sense.
Because when your life is supported properly, everything changes ~ how you show up, how you think, and how much energy you have left for what actually matters.
And I’m here for more than one-on-one change.
I’m here to create a movement where chaos is no longer worn as a badge of honour ~ where overwhelm isn’t normalized, and burnout isn’t the cost of having a full life.
I believe you can have a meaningful career, a busy household, real responsibilities, and still feel supported, regulated, and in control of your time and energy. Full lives don’t have to feel heavy. Structured lives don’t have to feel rigid.
This work is about redefining what “normal” looks like ~ and proving that calm, clarity, and capacity are possible, even in full, demanding lives.
